Hosting and infrastructure

HEA4 may use cloud infrastructure, managed databases, storage, networking, observability, backup, and email delivery providers to operate the service. Customer-specific hosting choices may be defined in the enterprise agreement.

Communications and delivery

Where configured, HEA4 may use email and Telegram delivery services to send verification, reset, notification, workflow, and onboarding messages.

Analytics and site measurement

The public landing page may use Google Analytics for aggregate website measurement. Product workspace telemetry is governed by customer settings and contract terms.

Change notice

Material subprocessor changes are handled through customer notice or contractual change-management terms. Security questions can be sent to security@hea4.com.
