Commercial and acceptable-use terms for evaluating and using HEA4.

Service scope

HEA4 provides enterprise tools for chat visibility, task extraction, SLA control, auditability, and related operational workflows. Customer-specific commitments are defined in the executed order form, contract, or statement of work.

Accounts and authorization

Customers are responsible for authorizing users, maintaining accurate organization information, and ensuring that only approved personnel connect communication sources or access workspace data.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, tenant boundary bypass, credential abuse, scraping, malware activity, or use of HEA4 to violate privacy, employment, telecommunications, or platform rules.

Customer data

Customers retain rights to their data. HEA4 processes customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the applicable agreement and DPA.

Security and availability

HEA4 maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authentication controls, audit logs, tenant isolation, and incident response. No internet service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

HEA4 may suspend access to protect the platform, customers, or third parties. Upon termination, data return and deletion are handled under the contract and DPA.
